About Jack Dailey

Jack founded Waterloo Roofing & Services as he noticed a need for a high quality and customer focused contractor in the Austin market. Jack has been in the industry for over 7 years with a wide array of industry experience. Starting as a roofing laborer in summers during college, to working as a commercial roofing manufacturer’s sales representative, to working in sales for a large commercial roofing contractor, he has a well versed background in what makes a team and a business successful. He places the utmost importance on the customer and ensures he is available and listens to their needs.

Jack graduated from the University of Alabama. Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing golf, spending time with his wife and their dog, and being out on the lake.

About Andrew Botticelli

Andrew Botticelli is the Sales and Project Manager for Waterloo Roofing & Services LLC. Andrew has lived and worked in Austin, Texas for the past 30 years, raising his two daughters and having over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Most of it spent owning and operating his own restaurants—Andrew has built a reputation for hard work, dedication, and exceptional service. In 2020, he made a bold career shift and discovered a new passion in the roofing industry.

While hospitality and roofing may seem worlds apart, Andrew sees clear parallels between the two. Both requiring the ability to deliver a high-quality product, maintaining clear communication, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism, and most importantly, prioritizing client satisfaction to develop long-lasting relationships.

Andrew believes the true measure of a successful roofing project is by having a satisfied client who can confidently recommend Waterloo Roofing & Services to their friends, family, and neighbors.
